I am humbled and flattered by the kind feedback I've received from the premiere issue of FOL’KLOR. 

It has been an enormous learning curve for me in expanding my skills to self publish and produce my first creator owned project. I am always striving to give you the best product and experience possible. I'd like to provide a digital version of the comic with a higher resolution, and I've also kept the double page spreads intact to improve the way it reads.

 The Adventures of Simone & Ajax: What's Black & White and Read All Over? 

 Simone, a fun-loving, 20-something girl, and her best pal, Ajax, a small, green dinosaur, first appeared over 30 years ago and have since run rampant in many comics and been nominated for the Harvey Award for Special Award for Humor. They've been described by a reviewer as "...like the best issues of Cerebus, and a mood that harkens Bone," by a reader as "...the look of an Archie comic but the sensibilities of a Marx Brothers movie," and compared to Carl Barks' Uncle Scrooge comics that inspired Duck Tales. My true comics love is Simone & Ajax, and I previously Kickstarted The Adventures of Simone & Ajax: Lemmings and Tigers and Bears! Oh My!  And I'm back, working like mad to give you more fun Simone & Ajax comics.  Some of you noticed that the spine of that previous book of all-new comics had a 3 on it  and asked: What about books 1 and 2? Hey guys, just a quick update. This book is headed for the printers on Wednesday. In the meantime, we’re going to be figuring out how to sync and print 900 or so addresses and labels, and we’ll be clearing space in the basement for all these books. Everyone that’s done it before tells me that packaging and shipping is going to be …fun. Ha. But I am looking forward to getting this out and into the world. I’m also sending the art book out to be printed shortly.
